Using Our Website and Placing Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable items. If a listing contains materials, pricing or description errors, we may cancel and refund affected order or ask whether you would like to process with the collected information.
Handmade Products
Our products are handmade and carefully assembled. Small variations in color, texture, shape, scent, and arrangement are part of their handmade nature. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
Please read each listing for its contents included in your purchase. Photography props are not included unless expressly listed. If a component becomes unavailable, we will seek your approval before making a material substitution or offer an appropriate refund.
Important Product Safety Information
Our sensory and craft products are for play and creative activities only. They are not food and must not be eaten, tasted, or swallowed-even when they resemble treats or have food-inspired scents.
Follow the age recommendations, instructions, ingredients informations, and warnings provided with each individual products. Different products may have different age requirements.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-- Small parts. Products containing small parts are not for children under 3 years.
Sensory kits may contain small accessories, charms, beads, pom-poms, cutters, or other loose pieces. Keep these products away from children who mouth objects and anyone who may swallow the items, regardless of age.
Close, active adult supervision is required during sensory and craft activities. Supervision does not make an age appropriate product suitable for a younger child.
Before each use:
-inspect products for damage, loose components, sharp edges, or signs of deteriorations.
-remove and safely dispose of plastic bags, wrapping, ties, and other packaging.
-keep loose pieces and packaging away from babies, younger siblings, and pets.
-use products only as intended and on an appropriate protected surface.
-stop use immediately if an item breaks or becomes unsafe.
Ingredients, Allergies, & Skin Sensitivities
Our standard flour-based play dough contains wheat. Other ingredients vary by product and may include oils, coloring, extracts, flavorings, fragrances, or additional materials.
Review the ingredient information for the specific item before purchasing or using it. Contact us before use if an ingredient is unclear or if your child has an allergy or sensitivity. We do not guarantee an allergen-free production environment or the absence of cross-contact.
Food-grade ingredients or food inspired scents do not make a finished sensory product edible or safe swallow. Any "non-toxic" description does not mean a product is not food, suitable for ingestion, or free from allergy and irritation risks.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, and irritated skin. Wash hands before and after play. Stop use if redness, itching, burning, or another reaction develops.
Play Dough & Slime
Play dough and slime must not be eaten. Keep them away from pets and children who may put them in their mouths.
Use on a clean, washable, protected surface. Dough, slime, oils, and coloring may leave residue or stain fabric, carpet, wood, upholstery, and other porous materials.
Follow the storage instructions supplied with your product. Keep containers securely closed when not in use and protect them from excess heat and moisture. Disregard products that develop mold, and unusual odor, contamination, or other signs of spoilage.
Slime ingredients and activators vary. Review the specific product information before use and discontinue use if irritation a occurs.
Sensory Potions
Sensory potions are for supervised play only. They are not food, drinks, cosmetics, bath products, or remedies.
Do not taste or swallow ingredients, inhale powders, or allow mixtures to contact eyes. Add only the materials and amounts specified in the product instructions. Never mix with household cleaners or other unapproved substances.
Use an open, stable container on a protected surface. Never seal an actively fizzing mixture in a container, because pressure may build up. Dispose of mixtures according to the supplied instructions and do not store them in food or drink containers.
Paint Shakes & Plaster Painting Kits
Paint Shakes may be packaged to resemble a beverage, but all contents are craft materials. Do not drink or eat any part of the kit.
Plaster figures are breakable and may develop sharp edges if damaged. Discard broken pieces promptly. Do not sand or crush figures, and avoid breathing plaster dust.
Use paints and brushes only as directed. Protect clothing and work surfaces. Any optional clear coat must be suitable for the project and applied by an adult according to its manufacturer’s instructions, including ventilation and drying requirements.
Bows, Wands & Handmade Accessories
Bows and accessories may contain clips, small embellishments, ribbons, or other detachable parts. Inspect them before every use and discontinue use if damaged.
Hair accessories must be removed before sleeping or napping. Do not leave a child unattended with accessories or attach them to a crib or sleeping area.
Wands are not intended for hitting, chewing, or use near the eyes or face. Ribbons and cords must never be wrapped around the neck or body.
Safety Concerns & Incidents
Stop using a product immediately if you believe it is unsafe. Contact us through our website’s Contact page with the product name, order details, and a description of the concern.
For choking, difficulty breathing, or another emergency, call 911. For suspected ingestion or exposure in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Keep the packaging and ingredient information available.
